Effective date: July 21, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of ParklandPooPatrol.com and any services provided by Parkland Poo Patrol (“Parkland Poo Patrol,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, scheduling service, creating a customer account, or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
Parkland Poo Patrol provides residential dog-waste-removal and related yard-cleaning services. Available services may include:
- Once-weekly or twice-weekly recurring cleanup
- One-time cleanup
- Deodorizing or sanitizing treatments
- Other services listed in your quote or customer account
Your service frequency, price, number of dogs, service area, and any add-ons will be shown in your quote or customer portal.
2. Pricing and Billing
Prices are based on factors including service frequency, number of dogs, yard size, property conditions, and requested services. Additional charges may apply for unusually large yards, excessive accumulated waste, cleaning both front and back yards, an inaccurate dog count, or services outside the original quote.
Recurring customers authorize Parkland Poo Patrol and its payment processor to store the payment method provided and automatically charge it according to the billing schedule shown in the customer portal. Customers are responsible for keeping their payment information current.
If a payment is declined, we may retry the payment and pause future service until the balance is paid. Any applicable taxes or disclosed fees will be added to the customer’s invoice.
3. Recurring Service and Cancellation
Recurring service continues until paused or canceled by the customer or Parkland Poo Patrol. There is no long-term contract.
Customers may pause or cancel service at any time by contacting us by phone, text, email, or through the customer portal. Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled visit. Charges for services already completed remain due.
Parkland Poo Patrol may suspend or discontinue service for unpaid balances, unsafe conditions, repeated access problems, aggressive animals, mistreatment of employees, or other reasonable business or safety concerns.
4. Scheduling
We will make reasonable efforts to perform service on the customer’s usual scheduled day. Arrival times are not guaranteed and may vary because of route changes, traffic, weather, holidays, staffing, or other circumstances.
If service must be delayed or rescheduled, we will attempt to notify the customer using the contact information associated with the account.
5. Property Access
The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to all areas that are to be serviced. Gates must be unlocked or an accurate gate code, key, or other entry instructions must be provided.
If we cannot enter the property because of a locked or blocked gate, an incorrect access code, an aggressive or unsecured animal, construction, excessive debris, or another condition outside our control, the visit may be considered an attempted service and may still be charged.
The customer authorizes our team to enter the designated outdoor areas of the property for scheduled service.
6. Dogs and Other Animals
Friendly dogs may remain in the yard with the customer’s approval. Customers must notify us of any dog or animal that may be aggressive, territorial, fearful, or likely to escape.
We may refuse to enter or immediately leave a property if an animal presents a safety concern. The customer is responsible for safely securing any animal that cannot be around our team.
Customers must provide an accurate number of dogs using the property and notify us when that number changes.
7. Gates and Property Security
We will use reasonable care when entering and leaving the property and will attempt to return gates to the condition in which we found them. When available, we may send a photograph confirming that the gate was closed following service.
Customers should promptly notify us if a gate, latch, fence, or access point is damaged or not working properly. Parkland Poo Patrol is not responsible for an animal escaping through a defective fence, damaged gate, preexisting opening, or other condition outside our reasonable control.
8. Yard Conditions and Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for maintaining a reasonably accessible and safe yard. Before service, the customer should remove or identify hazards such as:
- Broken glass, sharp objects, or exposed wiring
- Holes, unstable surfaces, or construction materials
- Pesticides or chemicals recently applied to the yard
- Dangerous plants, insects, reptiles, or other animals
- Irrigation systems or concealed items that could be damaged
Parkland Poo Patrol is not responsible for preexisting damage, concealed hazards, normal lawn wear, or damage caused by conditions that could not reasonably be seen or avoided.
9. Weather and Service Interruptions
We generally work during ordinary rain. Service may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled because of lightning, severe storms, flooding, hurricanes, extreme heat, unsafe yard conditions, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
If a visit is postponed, the accumulated waste will ordinarily be removed during the next completed visit unless other arrangements are made.
10. Waste Disposal
Unless the customer’s selected service specifically includes off-site removal, collected waste will be securely bagged and placed in the customer’s designated outdoor trash receptacle.
The customer is responsible for making the receptacle accessible and for complying with local trash-disposal requirements.
11. Deodorizing and Sanitizing Services
Deodorizing or sanitizing treatment is included only when specifically stated in the customer’s service plan or selected as an add-on.
These treatments are intended to reduce odors and improve cleanliness. They cannot guarantee the complete elimination of odors, stains, bacteria, parasites, insects, or future contamination. Results may vary based on yard material, drainage, weather, animal activity, and existing conditions.
12. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you believe an area was missed or the service was not completed properly, contact us within 24 hours of the visit. We will make reasonable arrangements to return and correct the issue.
If we cannot correct the issue to your reasonable satisfaction, we will credit or refund the affected service visit. The guarantee does not apply when we could not access part of the property, waste was concealed by tall grass, leaves, standing water, debris, or other conditions, or additional waste was deposited after the visit.
13. Communications
By providing a phone number or email address, you agree to receive service-related communications such as appointment notices, arrival alerts, gate photographs, receipts, account notifications, and schedule changes.
Consent to receive service-related communications is not consent to receive unrelated marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply.
14. Payment Processing and Customer Portal
Customer accounts and payments may be managed through third-party providers, including Sweep&Go and Stripe. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Parkland Poo Patrol does not directly store complete payment-card information. Use of third-party platforms is subject to their availability and security practices.

16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We will perform services with reasonable care. However, dog-waste-removal services cannot guarantee that a yard will be completely free from animal waste, bacteria, parasites, insects, odors, or other contaminants.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parkland Poo Patrol will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under Florida law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes affecting recurring customers will be communicated when reasonably required.
18. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal proceeding relating to these terms or our services must be brought in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
